Pole barns & metal buildings
Stop the “rain” inside your metal building.
When warm, humid air meets cold metal, it condenses — and drips on tools, vehicles, hay and equipment. Closed-cell spray foam bonds directly to the panels to stop condensation and make the space usable year-round.

Why foam metal buildings
Metal is tough. Condensation is tougher.
Ozarks humidity and cold nights are a recipe for sweating panels. Closed-cell foam fixes the problem at the source.
Ends condensation & dripping
Foam bonds directly to the metal, so warm, moist air can’t reach the cold panels and condense.
Protects what’s inside
Keep tools, vehicles, equipment, feed and stored goods dry and rust-free.
Usable year-round
Turn a shop that’s an oven in July and a freezer in January into a space you can work in.
Quieter in rain & hail
Foam dampens the drumming of rain and hail on metal roofs and walls.
Lower heating & cooling costs
Heated or cooled shops and barndominiums cost less to run when the envelope is sealed.
Adds rigidity
Closed-cell foam stiffens panels and seals seams, laps and fastener gaps.
Our approach
How we foam metal buildings
- Closed-cell foam sprayed directly to the underside of roof panels and walls
- Thickness matched to your goal — condensation control, or full climate control
- Seams, laps and fastener penetrations sealed as the foam goes on
- Ignition or thermal barrier options when the space is occupied or code requires it
Great for
Built for working buildings.
How it works
Simple from start to finish.

Cleanup, a final walk-through, and a quieter, more comfortable, more efficient space from day one.
FAQ
Pole barn spray foam questions
Will spray foam stop my metal building from sweating?
That’s one of the main reasons people choose it. Closed-cell foam bonds to the metal and blocks warm, humid air from reaching the cold panels — which is what causes condensation.
How thick does the foam need to be?
It depends on your goal. Condensation control in an unheated barn needs less foam than a fully heated and cooled shop or barndominium. We’ll recommend a thickness that fits how you use the building.
Can you spray over my existing insulation blanket?
Usually not. To stop condensation the foam needs to bond directly to the metal, so existing faced blanket insulation is typically removed first. We’ll assess your building and include any removal in the quote.
Do you insulate barndominiums?
Yes. Spray foam is a popular choice for barndominiums because it insulates, air-seals and controls condensation on the metal shell all at once.
